To ensure your conference runs smoothly and your expectations are met during your stay at Com-fort Inn & SuitesNorthgate Airport, we ask that you read and understand our terms and conditions.

Smoking is not permitted within 4 metres of any of our hotel buildings. We have 2 designated smoking areas and smoking is only permitted within these areas. Please dispose of your waste thoughtfully.

Queensland informal is acceptable – Shoes and shirts are required when in dining and lounge areas.

Car parking is free of charge. If insufficient space available on-site there is side street parking in the surrounding streets.

The quoted charge for a conference room includes one initial set up of a conference room as per facilitator’s instruction/design. Should you require any changes to the original set up during the conference, there will be an additional charge based on staff labour costs and time spent on re-set-ting. Sufficient notice will need to be given to Management to ensure staff is available. Conference booked on a public holiday will incur a surcharge.

Only food prepared by Comfort Inn & Suites Northgate may be consumed on our premises.
A guaranteed minimum number is to be advised three (3) days prior to the date of the conference.

Charges will be rendered according to the number of people attending the conference or the num-bers confirmed 3 days prior, whichever is the greater. Special dietary requirements to be confirmed 3 days prior to conference date.

A reservation will only be considered confirmed on receipt of a credit card number and faxed or emailed confirmation. This must be received within 14 days of making the booking. Comfort Inn & Suites reserves the right to cancel any booking if adequate confirmation has not been received by the due date.

7 day cancellation policy applies to all conferences. Full Room and equipment hire and 25% of catering charge will apply if notice is not given within 7 days.

Reception is open between 7.00am and 10.00pm 7 days per week unless otherwise signed. Confer-ence enquiries will be handled between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Our conference room is available between 7.30am and 10.00pm. Outside these times an hourly surcharge will apply.

Payment of the full master account must be paid by credit card at the end of the conference day unless you have an existing account with us. Should a situation arise of individual delegate accounts remaining unpaid after departure, these accounts will be added to the master account. All incidentals must be paid for prior to departure.

Comfort Inn & Suites Northgate will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of equipment of belongings left on the property prior to, during or after the conference. It is a condition of occupancy that Comfort Inn & Suites Northgate is not liable for damage or loss of property which the occupier or guests may incur on these premises, or any injury incurred through the use of the property. Any displays that require showing in the conference room must only be attached with blue-tac. The organiser of the meeting will be held responsible and charged for damages caused to hotel property during the course of the event by attendees. There will be an additional cleaning charge if spoilage on carpets occurs or there is an unreasonable amount of cleaning to be done following the conference.
